    Recruiter Interview

    The first interview will be with a member of the Talent Acquisition team to discuss your experience and qualifications.

    Technical Interview

    A current consultant will conduct your technical interview to assess your technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities.

    Leadership Interview

    This interview will further assess your expertise, consultative experience, and ambitions. You will get a chance to meet members of the leadership team.

    Offer

    If we recognize you as a strong fit for the UDig team, your recruiter will extend an official offer to welcome you aboard.
